A helping hand, not a medical role
Meet customers at the agreed hospital location. Assist with registration, department navigation and queues. Support communication during consultations, collect authorized reports, pick up medicines already prescribed by a doctor and complete the designated family handover.
Non-medical assistance only
CareSaathi24 companions provide non-medical support. They do not diagnose, prescribe medicines, provide treatment or make medical decisions.
